No. According to Teleradiologyhub's current policy, we insist the fellow radiologists to share 22 to 25% of their earnings with the Teleradiologyhub platform. ( This is not choice now for reasons well explained below.)

Due to government taxation rules, we have to deduct EXTRA 10% as Tax Deducted at Source, which you can claim back at the end of the financial year.

Senior radiologists have already explained the reasons for your 25% contribution during personal talks or forum discussions. The reasons again put up as follows:

• This platform is run by radiologists for radiologists. Not all radiologists are full-time, but Senior Radiologist devote their time to quality review. They must be compensated (Review Fees)

-Regular transaction fees by Payment Gateways for real time money transfers (System costs)

• There are at least 10 operational executives who work for case flow and management.(Fixed Salaries)

• There is a Client Relationship team that works with diagnostic centers, both new and old. (Incentives)

• The platform also involves software development, customisation and R&D expenses.(Capital Expenditure)

• Cloud data management takes up almost 12% of the costs. ( Per Case Cost)

• There are other expenses related to financing, rentals, fiscal, audits and more.( Standard and Operating costs)

It's difficult to manage within existing contribution of 25% from fellow radiologist seeing rising costs.

We appeal to the radiologist community to join hands in building this platform into a forum for quality, rather than just seeking to reap benefits. However, both can go hand in hand.

Teleradiologist have the opportunity to increase your earnings by working with Teleradiologyhub.

 Radiologist can earn up to 8% more in entitlement benefits as you progress. The senior radiologist will evaluate your entitlements based on following pointers:

Pointer 1: Seniority level

Pointer 2: Reporting consistency and quality

Pointer 3 : Report response time and turnaround time

Pointer 4: Number of cases reported

Pointer 5: Demeanour, team spirit, and situational support

Pointer 6: New initiatives, such as writing patient-centric articles on the Teleraduologyhub/Blog.

Teleradiologyhub Manager Discretion 

At current levels, teams can propose x% entitlement benefits to Radiologists whi has done trial cases at par that  means  they only need to contribute 23% instead of 25% to the teleradiologyhub platform.
