Our Legal team verifies all the documents, and only after their confirmation the Radiologist is taken on our Panel. The qualified means holder of post-graduation degree in the Radiology and registered to the state Medical council. In case if required we can share these documents.

Though an amount is deducted from the Wallet immediately after uploading a case, it is only credited to the Reporting Doctor's when Report is finalized. In case, if not reported, the amount will be credited to your account within 72 hours.
No. We don't have Cash facility.
This happens very rarely as we provide best of health care services. Our technical team would try to sort out the problem, if any. But still, if you wish to discontinue then the balance amount (calculated after used amount + Rs 500 towards Service charge) will be refunded back to your account within 7 days after the receipt of discontinuation request.
You need to re-charge your Wallet with Rs 5000 or multiple of 5000Rs (10,000, 15,000….).
We are providing you a virtual Wallet, which has to be re-charged with minimum amount of Rs 5000 through an online Payment. This allows you to upload cases. For eg. the rate of MRI Brain is Rs 300, this amount is debited from your Wallet and credited to the Reporting Doctor after finalization of the Report. You can continue uploading cases until the wallet is exhausted, upon which you can re-charge based on your usage.
No. We do not charge anything extra other than Registration fees to the Diagnostic center / Hospital.
We charge the Diagnostic center a one time nominal fee of Rs.999/- at time of Registration which includes your PAC system, training to your staff, setting up your account at our back-end. Please note this amount may or may not change in the future.
