Towards Solution: TeleradiologyHub Innovation in Quality Review of MRI and CT reporting process

TeleradiologyHub has been working on second opinion cases throughout the globe and it has evolved and technically enhanced the panel mechanism of reporting MRI, CT, PET CT, Mammographs, Xray cases that happens with real time sharing of the cases amongst the different speciality radiologists. The panels also consists of multiple cardiologists, orthopedics, urologist or neuro-physicians. The Board takes review cases based on random sampling. There are four staged quality assessment.

Stage 1 Quality Assessment of CT and MRI Reports : Bronze Level

At entry level Trial Cases given to radiologists check the obvious proficiency of the reporting radiologist. The templates are not given. The radiologist have to try their own templates and write and sign the report. The results are confidential and not shared with anyone. 

Stage 2  Quality Assessment of CT and MRI Reports : Silver Level

Dynamic Rating is hallmark of Telelive platform intiated by TeleradiologyHub. It inventively takes into account feedback from diagnostic facilities and clinicians. It feds to the system making it intelligent and pushing more cases to radiologist who give happy explanations for their reports 

Stage 3 Quality Assessment of CT and MRI Reports : Gold Level

This is higher view where an actual review of the case from the Senior Board is done.  The alert can be suo-moto or can be done by client himself. This is for a quite critical cases that impacts the rating of the fellow radiologists and case flow to the radiologists.

Stage 4 Quality Assessment of CT and MRI Reports : Diamond Level

This is a supreme level review. It functions like Jury approach in Judiciary. Anyone can appeal for Diamond review, may it be patient seeking second opinion or radiologist who  contest that his or her report  shall not be diluted.  Generally ithis works phenomenal in Second Opinion cases. However, Diamond Panel  review if practiced can help radiologist community more to set up the standards of reporting. This is tech enabled hence the radiologist from different continent can contribute in real time of 10-15 min,
