Findings
Figure 1: A-E. Well defined non expansile oval shaped lesion in the right postero lateral aspect of the L2 vertebral body. The lesion appears heterogeneously hypointense in T2 and T1 with well-defined hypointense rim. The lesion shows areas of hyperintensities in STIR, with post contrast enhancement (F,G).


Diagnosis
Well defined enhancing T2/T1 hypointense lesion with sclerotic rim involving the L2 vertebral body.
DDx- Chondroblastoma.
Osteoblastoma (less likely in view of location and non expansile nature).
