Findings
•Pedunculated osteo-sclerotic lesion bulges from the lateral side of the lower left femur bone, extending from the metaphysis away from the knee joint.
The marrow space of the host bone extends into the cavity of the extra-pedunculated bone.....all characteristic of osteochondroma.

Diagnosis
-Osteochondroma at the Lower left femur bone.
