Findings
There is a 55 x 30 x 25 mm heterogeneous mass-like lesion in relation to the anterior inferior iliac spine and located within the intermuscular plane between sartorius and rectus femoris muscles.
This mass shows a rim of hypointensity and coarse hypointense foci in the inferior part S/O ossification.
