Findings
Lateral ventricles are widely spaced and are in parallel configuration ( racing car sign)
Occipital horns are dilated (colpocephaly)
Corpus callosum agenesis seen.
Septum pellucidum is absent.
Note made of burr hole defect and subdural collection in right frontal region with 19mm width,
Midline shift towards left side seen upto 4mm.
Cortical sulci and fissures are prominent.
Hypodense areas seen in right frontal region ? contusions
Calcified lesion seen in left parietal region measuring 12x11mm.

Corpus callosum agenesis with colpocephaly
