Technique
Multiplanar-multiecho MRI of abdomen with MRCP study was performed.
Findings

Liver is normal in size, shape and morphology. No evidence of focal lesion.

Gall bladder is well-distended, appears normal. No obvious intraluminal defect. 

MRCP images show normal post-operative mild dilatation of the extrahepatic biliary tree. The CBD shows normal smooth distal termination. Both right and left hepatic ducts are normal. No abnormal dilatation of IHBR. No intra luminal lesions in the biliary tract.

The main pancreatic duct appears normal.

Pancreas, spleen and both kidneys appear unremarkable. No obvious focal lesion No features of pancreatitis. No evidence of peripancreatic fluid / edema or pseudocysts. Fat around the pancreas is normal. No evidence of hydronephrosis.

No paraaortic lymphadenopathy or ascites.

No pleural effusion. No obvious focal lesions in the base of lungs. Diaphragms appear normal.

Impression
  • MRCP study is within normal limits.
