How does TeleradiologyHub differ from existing outsourcing teleradiology models?

Unlike commission based agency approach, Teleradiologyhub follows a peer-to-peer (P2P) model. First of its kind, our radiologists have set up tech driven but rules based tele-reporting platform considering needs of transparent, compassionate, and professional radiology in the era of telehealth. Our P2P platform crossbreeds radiology skills across geographies, cuts down reporting hassles and timely attends to the quality and budget needs of diagnostics- anywhere, everywhere. Alternatively, it also provides the required transparency, hand-holding, scale of operation for radiologists in shaping a healthcare enterprise with razor focus on quality.

To start with, Teleradiologyhub internally incubates a number of Tele-radiology units comprising of 5-6 radiologists from the huge pool. These units have full operational and financial autonomy while they interact within. For an incoming project, they set their offer prices TAT, work schedule and internal rewards. They submit an execution plan to client after a successful pitch.. The platform provides for simple rules and rating system to keep check on reporting quality and reward distribution. The client may negotiate on the offer price directly with Teleradiology units as shown in above diagram.

Teleradiology firms buy credits to use platform resources like technology ERP components ,data storage, reporting tools, templates, transfer caseloads, recourse to subspecialty skills, general management advices, accounting help, spin out advices, company formation advices, taxation issues, etc . All strategic decisions regarding quality and brand value are taken by Teleradiologyhub central unit managed by Full-time Radiologists.

On a point based system, internally the Tele-radiology units review the reporting quality of peer radiologists. It involves not just document check but also live tests. The tests proves a big hurdle for new radiologists who is willing to join the team. Whereas senior sub specialists are made available to 10% of the case reviews which potentially provides for a high rated teleradiology units and radiologists.

At present Teleradiologyhub houses nearly 250+ radiologists from different boards ABR, FRCR, Australian or Indian boards. Most of the radiologists have references and publications, if not the platform encourages them to do so. They can write about their cases freely on Wiki pages of our portal which is widely seen by patients and physicians.
